May 27-30, 2011 Atlanta - Memorial Day Weekend

Watch their official site for details and registration http://www.fbodygathering.com/

Hope to see plenty of TFB folks come this year! I am working on improving the show's communications this year. Figuring out a way to text/email events leading up to the show and more importantly updates during the show such as traffic issues on the way to off-site excursions, announcements of raffles, lost and found, weather updates (roll up windows), etc. Registrants will be asked for cell number and or email address and text/email preference along with cell provider to ensure text are sent appropriately from computer.

Suggestion for this year:

Loose the band, hire more strippers! Laughing

Time for me to start putting a little $$ away each week so that room, gas and meals doesn't hurt so much. I am not sure which is worse, the $500 or so I spend for the weekend, or the $$$ I spend getting the car looking like I want it to Shocked

We are still planning to go, but kinda in the air. We are expecting a baby boy. Due dates July 3, so its kinda close to due date. If we are able to go I have a lot of work to do to get ready. Then again, we also bought a 2003 CTS, so i've mentioned just taking it down and just hanging out if nothing else. Reckon we'll see.

I never made it to one when I had the birds. Now I have the vacation time to do it and no bird. If there's a good group headin down count me in anyways. The goat could use a good leg stretching. Cool

Just put in for the PTO time today! Looks like I'm all in for it. Time to book my room and sign up for the show. It's almost as exciting as Christmas waiting for The Gathering in May. Can't wait. And there is a very SLIGHT chance I could slap the Iroc together in time to take it down.

Excellent! The hotel code isn't ready quite yet, but pricing is supposed to be the same as last year.

Maybe fate will put me in Atlanta that weekend, I drove by the hotel last week and was thinking how much fun was going to be happening there in the near future.
