I would not go with a 2500 stall. The lowest i would go would be 3200. A 2500 will feel like stock. Is there any reason you are going with a 2500 converter?

Thanks everyone. My car weighs 3720 with me in it. I have a Yank SS4000 ready to go in and I bought another transmission and it's being built this week.I am hoping for some mid 11's .

He don't even have a ram air kit yet. Hell, it'll probably go 11s with that alone.

IMO, that's about the best you can get. I gained 7 tenths and 3 mph in the 1/4 with my PT4000. And we're hoping for that or more on Bobby's car with his SS4000.

You mainly race with this thing or is it a DD as well? Looks like you have a lot of room for weight reduction Cool

He drives it everyday and he won't take shit off of it, for no reason.

Has no cats, yet still has the air pump (and is adamant about keeping it). Bought a SLP LS6 intake so he could keep his EGR. Most of the time he races with the car seat in the back. The only weight reduction it has is switching from the manifolds to shorties and no cats, but the SFCs and torque arm probably more than make up for that loss. Oh, well.
